OPERATIONS COMMITTEE CHARTER

Membership

Membership is open to unit owners, both resident and non-resident.  The president shall appoint the chairperson and appoint the members, subject to the recommendation of the chairperson.

Purpose

To advise and assist the board of directors in the daily operations of the building.

1.      Work with the property manager to track the building's needs for regular repairs and maintenance of the property.

2.      Make recommendations to the board for repair and maintenance budget items.

3.      Establish plans and schedules.

4.      Coordinate with management and maintenance for operations paid for from the operating budget.

5.                  Report the activities of the committee to the board of directors
