At a meeting duly called for such purpose and attended by all Unit Owners, the Unit Owners, by affirmative vote of seventy-five percent (75%) of the Unit Owners, may elect to sell the Property as a whole. Within ten (10) days after the date of the meeting at which such sale was approved, the Board shall give written notice of such action to the holder of any duly recorded mortgage or trust deed against any Unit entitled to notice under Section 15.02 of this Declaration. Such action shall be binding upon all Unit Owners and it shall thereupon become the duty of every Unit Owner to execute and deliver such instruments and to perform all acts as in manner and form may be necessary to effect such sale. In the absence of agreement on an appraiser, such Unit Owner and the Board may each select a qualified appraiser, experienced in the appraisal of condominium units in Chicago, Illinois, and the two (2) appraisers so selected, shall select a third appraiser, experienced in the appraisal of condominium units in Chicago, Illinois, and the fair market value, as determined by a majority of the three (3) appraisers so selected, shall control. If either party shall fail to select an appraiser, then the one designated by the other party shall make the appraisal. The cost of the appraisal shall be divided equally between such Unit Owner and the Board, and the Board's share of said cost shall be a Common Expense.
